Scope and Responsibility:
Security services, a big need of the country and society, and there is a huge demand of retired soldiers for security purpose. Therefore, to meet the need of the country to rehabilitate the Soldiers community, Ardh Sainik Security- Nation’s Trained Soldiers offering a State, District, Tehsil/Block Security branch to take care of the entire security program in the area of responsibility.


Priority of Selection:
All the Retired soldiers from Defence and CAPFs can apply for Security Commander branch on selection process, criteria based on capability to command and control their area of responsibility.


Deposit & Benefits:
Applicant needs to submit bio-data with application form and after selection as Security Commander for any level, Branch agreement need to sign with proposed refundable fees. Net profit of the company will be shared among the all-level branch given below.

Other privileges and benefits:

  • All licenses, permission and backend support will be provided by the Ardh Sainik Security.
  • One official mobile sim and e-mail ID will be provided by the Ardh Sainik Security.
  • Benefits: Apart from the company net profit sharing, each commander will get Pension Bond benefits on completion of minimum 8 years with organization as Commander as per our Secure Life Plan.
  • Benefits: First time offered for each and every guard/employee a life time monthly Pension Bond, who serves minimum 8 years of service however, maximum age for leaving the job is 65 years from Ardh Sainik Security as per PSARA Act 2005. However, pension bond is entitled as per total service years.

    (Pension Bond Calculation formula = Last Salary Drawn x total service years / 60 x 5) (Note: Pension Bond amount will not be higher than last pay drawn and maximum Rs.50,000/- is entitled only)
  • Benefits: Registered candidates through Ardh Sainik Security Recruitment Centre (ARC) in his area of responsibility.
  • Benefits: Also, the all Commanders are eligible for 2% business volume of network marketing sponsor by them.
