A Rehabilitation Program
The rehabilitation is a big need and challenge for the country and rehabilitation of retired personnel opened more challenging atmosphere for the Government as well as for the Society. It become more difficult when there is a policy guideline on the issue and demand is beyond the available policy/resources. Thousand of Paramilitary personnel retired every year and at the time of retirement they have numerous unfinished domestic responsibilities, which necessitate their taking up second occupation or second career in order to fulfill their social responsibilities. Ardh Sainik Security founded under the aegis of Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (ASWT) have taken initiative to assist the Government for rehabilitation of Para Military personnel and to facilitate retired personnel and their family members to provide suitable job/work and train to acquire additional skills for their resettlement through the best available options in the society. Paramilitary Forces personnel, have acquired professional skills during their service career, therefore, it is the target of ASWT to provide best available opportunities to our retired personnel as well as for dependents of serving personnel. However, it is for individuals to identify their aptitude before choosing second career. ASWT is fully committed towards generating opportunities and fulfilling the dreams for re-employment/ entrepreneurship.
